Each of the speakers shared an update on their specific areas of the Co-op business, covering everything from campaign highlights over the last year and the latest news on compliance, to the launch of new media channels and Midcounties societies. The team also provided detail around Co-op’s 2019 brand and media centre plans, as well as the new customer segments.
The day concluded with breakout sessions, where we asked for live feedback on several key areas. We are on a mission to transform shopper media and having this honest and open interaction with clients is just one of many ways we are looking to achieve this. It’s our belief that the more we can work hand in hand with Co-op and brands to align on priorities and objectives, the more cohesive and joined up our campaigns will be, driving greater value and meaning for shoppers, brands and Co-op.
