Looking to appeal particularly to dads, how could we reach parents across the journey and raise awareness of the MyCarrier in a relevant and engaging way?

Stokke have a range of innovative products that help drive a closer connection with parent and baby.

They wanted to showcase the new MyCarrier as the perfect way for parents to go on adventures with their family and spend time together.

Looking to appeal particularly to dads, our challenge was to reach parents across the the full customer journey both online and in store and raise awareness of the MyCarrier in a relevant and engaging way.

Approach

Showcasing the product

Our idea was to engage parents with Stokke My Carrier using a theme of showcasing the product in occasions that they could relate and aspire to.

We made a strategic decision to focus on dads, as while mother's naturally have a close bond, we wanted to show how dads could have that closeness too.

The creative was therefore designed to engage the whole family, encouraging them to go on adventures and spend time together. Additionally, by delivering our creative execution across a multi-touchpoint campaign, with email, onsite banners and social activity customers were able to engage with the content across the entire customer journey.
